Covid-19 measures and policies for reservations

Amid such an uncertain situation that we have all been going through due to the pandemic, protecting health and safety of all our guests and staff without compromising the quality of your accommodation at Pasithea Villa is our highest priority.

Therefore, this property has taken extra health and hygiene measures to ensure your safety such as:

Safety features

• Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities
• Hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and key areas
• First aid kit available
• Thermometers for guests provided by property
• Face masks for guests available

Cleanliness & disinfecting

• Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus
• Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines
• Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays
• Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay

Physical distancing

• Contactless check-in/check-out
• Cashless payment available
• Physical distancing rules followed

Food & drink safety

• All plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware have been sanitized

Cancellation and payment policies

Given the impact of COVID-19 and the uncertain situation it has caused, we have updated our policy to provide our guests the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times.

Our cancellation and payment policies are the below:

• A credit card or bank transfer is required to secure the booking
• To confirm your booking, 30% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card
• The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 7 days prior to arrival
• If booking is cancelled 42 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card
• If booking is cancelled less than 42 days prior to arrival date 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card
• In case of a cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival or a no show, the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card
• In case of an early departure, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card

If though in any case of travel restrictions due to COVID-19 at least 21 days prior to arrival, we will provide a free cancellation especially for these reservations.
